A term used in response to someone who is annoying the heck out of you and you dont really know what else to call them without making them cry. Although if they do cry, you'd be ok with that outcome, viewing it as an added bonus. Not recommended for use in school, business meetings , chruch sermons, weddings or Bar Mitzvahs. May be appropriate for use between colleagues at work in limited situations, such as when your coworker keeps annoying you via instant messaging.
Jon: "Hey Barry, I really like your proposal but its a little rough around the edges... still needs some work."
