'Com-two-pa'
It is a new form of computer design only now in the drawing boards.
They use 0,1,2, instead of just 0,1.
0 = no voltage
1 = low voltage
2 = high voltage

These comtwopers will revolutionise the way we perceive computing today. Complex calculations done with supercomputers could be performed on 3Ghz processors.
Programs will have to be redesigned from scratch to account for another binary digit. But the future of computing looks bleak without it.

"Yea, at only 400Mhz, i could play Halflife 2 on my wristwatch - amazing"

Compooper friendly

A bathroom stall or restroom that is conductive to one taking a prolonged shit whilst youtubing on one's laptop. Wi-fi reception and proximity to power outlets are of high importance as well as increased privacy.

The second floor men's room is amazingly compooper friendly. I watched a whole season of Family Guy on Hulu while backing out 24 hot wings and three draft beers from lunch.
