Collasturbation 

Co-lass-ter-bay-shion. A cross between the buzzword "collaboration" and masturbation. In short, people spend so much time "collaborating" that nothing ever gets accomplished.

"Dude, we've spent three weeks collaborating on this issue and we still haven't done anything."

"True. We need to stop all of this collasturbation."
