Clusterfuckastrophe 

It's a kerfuffle of epoch proportions, resulting from multiple poor decisions that can each only be described as unfortunate boondoggles that grew out of indifference by leadership and their inability to recognize and acknowledge their insane decisions, or lack thereof.
Clearly shaken by the events of the day, it was now apparent that the full impact of the clusterfuckastrophe was not yet known, but soon would be.

The perfect storm of everything that should never happen, yet still does. Somebody should obviously be dead from the magnitude, but miraculously everyone survived.
