Clownhooks

Another definition expression for "Hands on" except the hands being used are attached to a person that is a complete ass-clown, and shouldn't have the privilege of touching such sacred material in the general aspects of life.
Look at that scumbag over there...he has his greasy clownhooks all over that hot chick and for some odd reason she likes it. It must be his style or his lies that is scoring him that ass.

clownfoolery

Noun. A display of playful or foolish behavior which deliberately causes immediate or delayed self-embarrassment and the “embarrassment-by-association” of those around the individual.

Clownfoolery is often, but not exclusively, linked to the influence of drugs and alcohol on ones ability to asses the appropriateness of their behavior as dictated by the social setting. Alternatively, if the setting encourages otherwise inappropriate behavior, clownfoolery may be a means for an individual to display his level of inebriation or propensity towards humourous self-deprecation.
Dave: Do you remember coming home from the bars last night, deciding to shotgun a beer, insisting on removing your pants prior to said shotgunning, tripping over said pants while attempting to remove them over your shoes, stabbing the beer can with a steak knife resulting in temporary blindness when the pressurized beer/foam spray hit you in the eye with comedic precision, proceeding to shotgun the beer with your eyes closed, spilling an obscene amount on yourself and the floor, and then pulling off your beer soaked shirt and using it to mop up, leaving you in only your boxers?

Luke: Hahahaha....<heavy sigh>... clownfoolery indeed.

Clown Hooker

1 — A term used for females who wear excessive make-up which results in them looking either whorish or like a circus clown or BOTH, but nevertheless extremely ridiculous, gross and tacky.
2 — Also used to describe a particular style of make-up which if often darkly outlining facial features such as eyes, lips and cheeks for glamour purposes. It could focus on all three or a combination of them. This style of make-up is intended to look that way and is usually done in a manner that does NOT look completely taste-less (not really 'day make-up', though).

2 — "My daughter, Sabrina, was in a magazine photoshoot for this Winter themed article. They put really heavy 'glamour' make-up on her. The photographic director told the make-up artist to create "a cold clown hooker feel", whatever that means."
