To obsessively hype, defend, or over-polish something a clanker made, usually while pretending it is “just a tool” and definitely not your new personality. Most visible when a tech bro spends three hours clankerbating about the “surprisingly elegant” startup idea his AI agent hallucinated between dependency upgrades. Especially common after prolonged exposure to Codex, Claude Code, and other robot interns with Github commit access
