An aggravating whisker on the chin of a female. Hair growing (usually coarse) on a womans chin.

Susan: whats that black thing on your chin? Me: dang! Another chisker!

Me: (digging through purse) where the hell did I put my tweezers! This chisker is driving me crazy!
