A similar word to the popular portmanteau "chillaxing", that meaning to chill and relax
simultaneously. Chillmongering differs only
in the sense that the level of leisure attained by the action is somewhat more universal. A zen-like attainment of perfect
tranquillity which is appropriated by all those who come into contact with a person chillmongering.
