Chacoian

A person that wears the generally far overpriced river/hiking shoes known as "Chacos". See chaco.

This company is known mainly for their water shoe/sandal hybrid. The people that wear these suffer from the smell of their feet/shoes after prolonged wear/use, which smells like rotten fish. However, they do not suffer nearly as much as the people around them. They also get retarded looking tan lines on their feet. I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
