Cheezyballs

When a dudes balls are ripe with a repugnant, ripe cheese smell. Often due to poor hygiene and sweat.

I went down to give him the best head of his life but gagged on his cheezyballs.

I just scratched my sack and now my fingers reek of cheezyballs.
