Chayonnaise

A mixture of hot chilli sauce and mayonnaise so that there's still a flavour of chilli, however the mayonnaise takes the edge off the spicyness.

Oh I do prefer chayonnaise on my chips rather than ketchup.

A delicious drink made from bleding mayonnaise into wine made from chardonnay grapes.

She enjoyed a steak of mammoth proportions and a giant, fresh, crisp salad accompanied by a big, oaky chardonnaise.
