She presented falsified evidence, went on social media and claimed the reports were true. She's a clout chaser because she did all that for 15 minutes of fame. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
