Chab effect

The Chab effect is a neurological deficiency that occurs when the patient, "rips too much Chab." Unfortunately, the Chab effect is incurable and progressively gets worse over time. Symptoms of Chab effect include, memory loss, sluggish motor skills, forgetfulness, and mental instability.
It looks like he is showing symptoms of the chab effect.
