Cardonuialistism (Car-dough-new-e-a-list-ism) or cardonuialistic (Car-dough-new-e-a-list-tick) is the realisation that everything and everyone is going to die and everything is out of control and you mind is going through 50 parallel universes trying to find why this is happening.

John: I think Dave cracked last night, he went through cardonuialistism.
Tommy: I knew something was happening!
