Refers to a drink often consumed by gangster folk in an urban setting. This drink is primarily a mixture of promethazine and any other liquid substance used to dillute. Styrofoam cups are mainly used to drink this mixture. Also known as sippin on lean, leanin, sippin on sizzurp.
