The condition which one suffers when they just can't do it. Often caused by smoking a blizzy. The opposite of what Shia LaBeough encourages people to do.

Guy 1: Hey man could you get me a glass of water?

Guy 2: I can't man.

Guy 1: Why not?

Guy 2: I have cantdoititus.

Guy 1: And?

Guy 2: I just can't
