A person who constantly cancels reservations, appointments or engagements. This person is normally considered rather flaky as well.

Ahh, Frank Black is scheduled to arrive today at 2:00pm. Due to his cancellitius, it is likely he will call in to cancel once again or just fail to arrive completely.
