cadsuane

A common internet term denoting men with transsexual tendencies who attempt to deceive online communities by portraying themselves as female. May post pictures of self in female regalia, cross dressing included. On close inspection, an Adam's apple reveals itself. May also participate in attempting to lure unsuspecting heterosexual men into cyber-sex.

"Man, that cadsuane thought he'd trap Mike, but Mike saw his Adam's apple!"

"Not only did he pretend that he was a woman, but when confronted with the evidence, the man claimed that he had a twin sister. He really was a cadsuane."
