CAC Blocked

When somebody else blocks you from using your CAC (Common Access Card) to log into a computer by inserting their CAC into the computer you were going to use. This is usually done purposely but does not have to be.

Paul: *walking over to a computer requiring him to insert his CAC to log in*
Tina: *notices Paul walking towards said computer*
Tina: *quickly cuts Paul off and inserts her CAC into the computer Paul was going to use, thereby using it herself*
Tina: Well, looks like I just got the last computer in the office.
Paul: Hey, what the heck Tina, you just CAC blocked me!

Being unable to get up from one's resting place to perform acts such as using the restroom, making supper, or answering the front door, because one or more cats are sleeping on your lap.

"John, would you mind getting my phone? I left it upstairs."

"Why can't you get it, Carol?"

"I'm catblocked, you insensitive clod."

Catblocked

When there is one or more cats sitting on or around you that make it so you can't get up. This usually happens because the cat is being very adorable and any disturbance could make it leave.

"Hey Mom! Could you get my charging cable?"

"Where is it?"

"Plugged into my wall."

"Can't you get it?"

"There's a cat on my lap. I'm catblocked!"
