bungered

To be taken in by an arrogant, greedy, manipulative self-serving individual who preys on the mentally ill for their own personal monetary gain.

My insurance company referred me to a new psychiatrist. After several appointments, I feel worse than I did before treatment, and I continue to receive bills for sessions my insurance said they paid for. I have been thoroughly bungered!

When you screw something up very badly, that should be easy and that you have done many times before but it’s ok because you are listening to feedback about your incompetence.

Man I really Bungied that test badly and I swear I was listening in class. I will just have to listen harder next time.

1) whilst playing Destiny or Destiny 2 you may have experienced getting killed by the physics, having RNGesus laugh at you, or getting one-shot by Hive Knights. these are examples of getting Bungied

2) whilst playing any entry from the HALO franchise you may have experienced Kat's crackhead driving, Emile ass checking you into a wall, a Hunter hitting you with a forklift, or getting stuck by a grunt's plasma grenade. these are examples of getting Bungied

1) *opens 500th last wish chest* "Are you fucking kidding me? 500 runs, no 1k. I just got Bungied so fucking hard."

2) *walks behind Emile* "Oh shit oh shit oh shi-THE FUCK?! Oh my GOD EMILE!! Argh, I got Bungied!"
