A dance in which someone is prompted by asking if one can buggalow followed by the response, "hell yeah, with my hands up high and my feet down low; this is how i buggalow!" immediately proceeded by an improvised dance. This is the ultimate party cheer that can go on for quite some time if the participants are willing

"Hey Mary"
"Yeah Steve?"
"Can you bug?"
"Say What?"
"Buggalow!"
