budakai hair

hair commonly used in anime and games.
"budakai" hair is hair that is impossible to grow/style, but is still present on a persons head in said game/anime.
The term originates from the dragonball/z/gt game anime where mso of the characters have ridiculous pointy bendy random hair that is impossible to possess.

1: "goku has kickass budakai hair"
2: fayzan: "you like my hair bitch?"
anthony: "it's fucking budakai suuuuuunnnnn"
