Bryndza is a Czech word meaning a sheeps condom. A term still widely accepted in Wales and the Scottish Highlands.
After having bought several of the commercial brands, my boyfriend says that none of them "taste quite right" - does anyone have a recommendation for a commercial brand of Bryndza that is "the best" ??
