Bryndza is a sheep's milk cheese produced primarily in Slovakia and Poland. If it is produced in Slovakia then it is called Slovenská bryndza, if it is produced in Poland then it is called Bryndza Podhalańska.

My grandmother makes halusky with bryndza every Christmas and it is the best, especially when served with bacon.

Bryndza is a Czech word meaning a sheeps condom. A term still widely accepted in Wales and the Scottish Highlands.

After having bought several of the commercial brands, my boyfriend says that none of them "taste quite right" - does anyone have a recommendation for a commercial brand of Bryndza that is "the best" ??

Very kind , beautiful person and fun to be around. She will always make you laugh and cheer you up when your sad. She’s always got a smile on her face too and is positive 24/7. Bryndalynn is also a great person to talk to. She is a good listener and will give the best advice. Bryndalynn is also smart and cares about her grades. She won’t settle with a B but doesn’t really have to try in school because she’s naturally smart. Bryndalynn is overall just an amazing person!!
