Brown Eggplant

An Eggplant or Aubergine dipped in raw chocolate brownie batter, then enjoyed through licks or bites. A delicacy that originated among rich Polish after World War One. Nowadays, enjoyed as a treat to beat the summer heat.

My mother loves to gift brown eggplants to my relatives back in Ukraine.
