A nothing town on the Southern Oregon coast. A place where the retired rule, the young are bored and you either move away when you are 18, or you live there forever in lameness.

An extension of Crescent City. And the almost the only place in Oregon you can see redwoods.

I only knew I was in Brookings because of the Welcome to Oregon sign.

Brookings

Town in Eastern South Dakota which is home to South Dakota State University. There little to do in Brookings, so drinking is popular among students and locals alike.

Rick: Hey how was your weekend in Brookings?
Mike: great, I went downtown Friday, and on Saturday I crushed a couple thirty racks with the boys.
Rick: Busch?
Mike: you know it!
