Boomillenial 

A subspecies of Millennial. This man sees the mistakes of the Boomers and repeats them, stereotyping Gen Z as cringe and saying "kids these days…". This behaviour is called Juvenoia.

Person 1(Millennial): Kids these days are just snowflakes.

Person 2: you realize you're falling in the same mistakes as the Boomers, right?

Person 3: That's called a "Boomillenial"

BoomillennifrugalsA sociological phenomenon where Baby Boomers and Millennials put aside their endless cultural arguments to bond over a shared lifestyle of intense, gamified budgeting. Born out of small-town inflation and rising restaurant costs, it describes the exact moment a 30-year-old and a 70-year-old use the same coupon, share the same massive fajita platter, or collectively refuse to pay premium prices for casual dining.“Ever since the local Mexican restaurant raised their prices, the college kids and the retirees have turned into absolute Boomillennifrugals. Nobody is buying the $15 burritos anymore.”

Those college students and seniors seem to share the same Boomillenifrugal ideals about spending $15dollars for takeout burritos they both conclude it's a waste of money.
