when one booga-boogas, it is to swear to the deepest intent. if one breaks a booga-booga, whomever the booga was boogad gets to swirly the booga-boogaer in the toilet of their choice.

person a: hey man, did you prank me in prank wars?
person b: no i swear!
person a: ok then booga-booga on it
person b: booga-booga. i didn’t do it.

a few moments later

person a: i knew it! you DID prank me!
person b: yeah sorry man
person a: you booga-boogad…
person b: 😦
person a: i choose front side boys big stall.
person b: NO PLEASE ANYTHING BUT THAT
person a: *swirlies person b*
person b: GRULGRUGLLBM

We went to the zoo and saw the half human half monkey named Tommy. Every time people threw a rock at it it would make the noise BOOGA BOOGA!!!!!!!!!!
