Bonar Street 

A set of 7 majority black and hispanic apartments in Berkley, California right infront of a park. Spot where every few weeks you'll here someone got shot there because of the local Norteños or black gang who run the apartments. These apartments range from hella run down to super rich yet all maintain the same level of crime.
