Prison rules setting. When 2 players are arguing over who is better and argument descends into tit for tat.
A 3rd neutral player will tell them both to shut up and call a bo9.
Once bo9 is called the time for talking is over. Bo9 settles the argument.
Bo9 will usually be played with rotating maps but sometimes it will be 1 exclusive map to determine who is the superior player on that map.
