Slang for "Do you want to have sex with me?". Usually used by closeted gay men. They usually hide the word as a burp, but they are actually trying to have sexual acts with another closeted gay man.

Gay man #1: "Blaurgh"
Gay man #2: Winks to confirm that they will have sex later that day.
