Chan is a Japanese suffix meaning 'young', 'little' or 'cute' so it essentially means 'little bitch'.

It is well known for often being said by Sakamaki Laito in the visual novel/anime 'Diabolik Lovers' when referring to the main character, yui.

Most often said by otakus and weeaboos because normal Japanese people aren't that cringeworthy.

Laito: Hey, bitch-chan, come over here and let me suck your blood

Yui: NO LAITO!!! AND STOP CALLING ME THAT!!
