The feeling one gets when binge-watching a show one suddenly doesn't realize if the current episode just started, is in the middle, or near the end of the show. It's a feeling that really screws up the way one can tell what is about to happen in the plot depending on how long the show has been playing.

"I had a bingaminute feeling when I was watching the fifth episode of Buffy and had no idea if she was about to kill the demon or if this plot point was going to go on for another 45 minutes."
