Beef fizz 

Beef fizz is a summer drink, originally published in the 1975 Kitchen Companion drink guide. Made from two cans of condensed beef broth, one cup of chilled ginger ale, and two tablespoons of lemon juice it, is well known as a delicious and refreshing beverage, perfect for long days in the hot sun.
John: Hey man, come try my beef fizz.

Joe: What the fuck is a beef fizz?

John: Trust me man, just drink it.

Joe: sips beef fizz

A retro drink, typically made by adding a carbonated beverage (such as ginger ale or seltzer) to beef broth. Sometimes sugar or lemon is used, as well.

Beef fizz 

A combination of semin and saliva in a frothy bubbley state. Normally produced after rapid oral sex. It may also contain lube, lipstick or gloss. In some occassions chewing tobacco.
The last thing my wife remembers drinking last night was a triple rum and coke. But I can assure you the last thing she had to drink last night was a beef fizz
