A drunk word used mainly by alcoholics who have no idea what they're saying. Original context is unknown however it is probably meant to be something along the lines of "Bahaha" or "lol"

Alcoholic: IM SO DRUANK AND AYORU AUFCKING UGLY AS HELLE
Friend: Shut up, you're annoying!
Alcoholic: Bahkahakl, no u!
