Baby Raver

14 through 17 year old girls, could pass for 20+ except their baby faces, and occasionally attends raves and embraces the culture. Can be seen in sparkles, brightly colored too short spandex, and tube tops, often sporting Kandi up and down their arms. Tutu are mandatory and drugs are sometimes taken. They usually aim to meet older sketch guys at raves.
