In the video gameTeam Fortress 2, a bodyshot is when a sniper takes out an enemy with a fully charged shot to the body rather than the head. It's generally used in a derogatory way, as this is frowned upon by many players.
To fight another person "friendly", bodyshots is always below the head and above the waist. It is good to do when you want to fight someone but not get into a real fight.
A sniper in any game that always goes for the easier bodyshot instead of a headshot when they know they have time to reload and kill with the second shot! Often occurs when more experienced players know that the can still shoot a fleeing less experienced opponent.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
