The term is used as an enthusiastic gesture to help some one out when they are starting to slow down while working out.Commonly used by coaches when they are getting after their runners.

This term Ala-bieb-zoobee (or alabib zobbi)is a proud Maltese slang for "I don't care'. It is widely used in Malta and is virtually not considered a swear word anymore.
