"Maltese Collage Of Art Science and Technology"--or MCAST, refers to one of the top educational institutions in Malta. It is much better than the Maltese university. MCAST focuses heavily on practice while university students attending the university of MALTA (especially attending any engineering course) are a 'Lot-of-theory-dont-know-to-apply-shit' type of students.
