Artsercise

To provide context, my daughter knows my favorite thing to do is "exercise", whether it be riding my bike, lifting weights, running, etc. and that it helps boost my energy and wellbeing.
When I asked my daughter what her favorite thing to do was, she said her favorite thing to do is "artsercise". Artsercise according to her could be drawing, painting, practicing her dance routine, beading, etc. and that it helps her express herself and makes her feel good.
My favoritey thing to do is artsercise.
Anything that allows me to express myself artistically is called artsercise.
I need to artsercise to help express my artistic abilities.
