To provide context, my daughter knows my favorite thing to do is "exercise", whether it’s riding my bike, lifting weights, running on the treadmill, etc. and that it helps me boost my energy and wellbeing.
When I asked my daughter was her favorite thing to do was said her favorite thing to do is "artsercise". Artsercise according to her could be drawing, painting, practicing her dance routine, beading, etc. and that it helps to express herself and makes her feel good.

My favorite thing to do is artsercise.
Anything that allows me to express myself artistically is called artsercise.
I need to artsercise to help express my artistic abilities.
