A male who's sexually and/or romantically attracted to other males (MLM) and masculinity, usually in an equal relationship (i.e. around the same age).
From Greek andro- ("man", "male") + -phile ("loving"), from androphilia.
The term was coined by German sexologist and physician Magnus Hirschfeld in the early 20th century, specifically referring to adult men attracted to adult men, distinguishing them from pedophiles.

I'm just a man who loves men. I am an androphile.
I’m not gay, I’m an androphile.
The androphile is not a fundamentally different kind of man. He shares with other men the same essential masculinity, the same experience of maleness.
