All Bag

A golf term used to describe someone who has all the latest equipment and expensive taste but can’t play very well. Also used in the business world to describe people who dress nice and can put on a front but can never finish a project or close a deal.
When Johnny shows up on the golf course, he is all bag. He looks great until he swings.

This is a term commonly used to describe a nice clean fart with no personal repercussions. More specifically, the fart was all air and no water aka poop water.

bag team all-american

A term used to describe an individual who is ridiculously over-zealous in any of his or her pursuits, often in a comedic and destructive way. These individuals are easy to point out in a crowd and are noticeably more agitated, sweaty, and loud than a normal person. The term evolved from high school football where 3rd string “bag team” players would injure starting running backs by being overly aggressive during Friday half speed practices.

To mean that a person is all that and more. Usually it is an opinion and the only one who thinks it is that person. Other people usually don't believe the person is "all that and a bag of chips." The word chips can be replaced by almost any other word. Such as “all that and a bag of cookies.” Or “all that and a bag of candy.” Just to name a couple.
