In truth, Mr. Jones was using his lunch break to sleep with Ms. Coopers, but his secretary knowingly aliblied to Mrs. Jones, telling her Mr. Jones was playing a game of golf with his boss.
Later, Mr. Jones thanked his secretary for the aliblie.
