An AkaBallsack, or sometimes shortened to Ballsack, is the surname of Christian Akaballsack of Abbey Wood, London. He's surname consists of this because of the level of BallSack that he is, for example, Akaballsack saying he is a 7/10 in looks, when he clearly could not be above a 3. While a St Paul's Academy in Abbey Wood, it has become a common insults for people who are Ballsacks, or act like Ballsacks, the common behaviour of Christian Akaballsack.
