Verb- to explain something incorrectly and/or unnecessarily with overwhelming confidence despite everyone seeing him as a fool, often done to mildly ignore the target.

Don't let him get to you, he's just adamsplaining.

Counterpoint to mansplaining. When a woman explains something to a man as if he were her special needs child. Usually done in a condescending and demeaning manner.

Thanks for ma'amsplaining to me on how to properly stock a shelf, Angela, but I've been working in the auto parts business for 15 years.

When someday makes some random shit up and then denies it by completely alternating the meaning of what he had said before.

“I have never written I love you to that girl”
“yes you did *shows proof*”
“like i said i did not write it as standalone message it was a part of a conversation”
