When you go to a foreign country/area (preferably America) and proceed to have sex with 9 different hoes within 11 days.

Often used to bring glory back to your country for conquering foreign lands

Person 1: yep, I hope my people are proud
Person 2: for sure, you’re a hero

9/11 Tourette's

A neurological disorder that is characterized by invoking the tragic events of September 11, 2001 in places where they don't belong.

The phrase was coined by Jon Stewart of The Daily Show on Octover 1, 2007.

Actual examples of 9/11 Tourette's:

"I also think there have been subsequent intervening events, September 11, which cast somewhat of a different light on the second ammendment."

"Won't you 9/11 help us 9/11? Because 9/11 is a terrible 9/11 to 9/11."

when a public figure blurts out the term "9/11" several times to the point where it becomes tourettes. Used recently by Jon Stewart on the "Daily Show".
