1984ism 

The belief or doctrine that people should be punished for thoughts and/or belief in the existence of thought crimes. Typically associated with authoritarianism and/or fascism but can be held by people who do not subscribe to those ideologies.
Origin: 1984 (In reference to the book by George Orwell) + -ism.

Punishing someone for who they are atttracted to is a form of 1984ism.
