This is the year prior too 1786. Its suggested that in 1786 you could purchase a barn "Pre-Cut" and simply be assembled, As apposed too the previous option of Building a barn, Which typically could take up too 6 months as construction was expensive and typically required the use of 3 friends.
Guy: "A barn will take 3 of us six months too build.."
Other Guy: "You don't build a barn, Dumb*ss, what do you think this is, 1785? You buy one precut, Like the house!"
