A workout pressure value that is above half pressure but below full pressure. Typically used in crew/rowing but can also be used in track.
EX:

Coxswain: OK! Let's take it up to half pressure guys! No, wait, a little more than half pressure!

Rower: 17/23's pressure?

Coxswain: Damn it!
