1) The ghost emoji! A ghost is a dead person who appears as a nebulous image. Some people believe this to be true, others don't, and still others are not sure.
2) This is an emoji used as a bypass for the word Snapchat (a social media platform) because Snapchat's logo is a ghost. A username is often given after it to try and get users off of moderated platforms into Snapchat to bypass filters. However, it's important to understand the context behind that message as well and if it was meant for a bad reason. (People can talk in other platforms as long as their intentions aren't bad).

When diehard party-goers insist on attending a Halloween party in the midst of the pandemic, because they conspiratorially claim that the coronavirus is dead scared of ghosts and spirits here on Earth and in Hell.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
