2) This is an emoji used as a bypass for the word Snapchat (a social media platform) because Snapchat's logo is a ghost. A username is often given after it to try and get users off of moderated platforms into Snapchat to bypass filters. However, it's important to understand the context behind that message as well and if it was meant for a bad reason. (People can talk in other platforms as long as their intentions aren't bad).
